The rotary drum dryer is widely used because it can be operated simply and reliably for the drying of various materials.
Applicable materials
The rotary drum dryer is widely used in drying a broad range of ores, slag, coal slurry, desulphurization gypsum, chicken manure, sawdust, compound fertilizer, wood pellets, sawdust briquettes and so on.

- High drying efficiency: all material surfaces can be the effective area in the drying process because of the high speed of airflow disperses the material evenly in the gas phase. At the same time, the gasification surface will update continuously thanks to the effect of dispersion and agitation during the drying process.
- High level of automation: the rotary drum dryer is controlled by microcomputer so that it can choose from different drying temperatures and time according to customer demands, realizing automatic drying.
- Special design in internal structures: the rotary drum dryer’s internal structure is designed to enhance the cleaning and heat conduction effect of the dispersed material, and eliminate the adhesion of the inner sleeve wall.
