This roll welding machine, often referred to as cage welding machine, is specially designed for welding the reinforcement cage framework used in concrete drainage pipes.

• The welded cage framework can be for flat joint, tongued & grooved joint, bell & spigot joint concrete pipes.
• In full stroke, the diameter can be varied automatically and shifted very quickly

• DC power can assure the welding speed, prolong the life of welding electrodes and save at least 30% electric consumption
• PLC, inverter, touch screen are imported
• Densely-wind length on both ends of the cage and the hoop reinforcement interval can be pre-set on the touch screen.
• Pulling speed is synchronized to the rotating speed of the main machine.

Note: There are AC welding machine and normal control machine, lower speed (about 5.5m/min to 6.8m/min), higher welding power (200kVA).
