TOP-330 PLUS Multi-Functional Label Converting Solution
The TOP-330 PLUS label converting machine is a label finishing system that includes a flexographic printing system (cold stamping, UV coating, super varnishing, and dot varnishing), lamination, a rotary screen printing system, a semi-rotary die cutting system, sheeting and collection, and rewinding. This cold stamping label machine features a servo-driven system, user-friendly design, high accuracy, and efficiency.
- Unwinder with closed-loop tension control. Electronic web guide with ultrasonic edge guide sensor. 76mm air expanding mandrel. Max diameter 700mm-1000mm roll capacity.
- Cold-foil and super varnish with two pneumatic shafts and unwind/rewind.
- Independent, servo-driven full rotary printing unit with auto pre-positioning and registration.
- Independent and servo-driven. Repeat lengths from 50mm-330mm for semi-rotary, and 190.5mm-476.25mm for full rotary. Magnetic or solid/engraved cylinders.
- IML die-cutting system designed for easy installation and removal. Static eliminator in label output collection table works with counter and stepless speed regulation.
- Rewinder with closed-loop tension control system ensures continuous stable tension. 700mm maximum rewind diameter.
