High Pressure Ultrafine Grinding Mill
Application
The high pressure ultrafine grinding mill is produced to grind non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 grade and moisture below 6% into powder. The finest particle size of final products can reach up to 800 mesh. The high pressure ultrafine grinding mill is mainly used for grinding glass, rubber, pesticides, enamel, paint, phosphorus fertilizer, paper and so on. The equipment is widely used in the industries of metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering, mining, paper and pulp, rubber etc.
Applicable materials
The high pressure ultrafine grinding mill is mainly used to grind limestone, calcite, coal ash, and the desulphurization of calcium carbide, kaolin, calcium carbonate, coal gangue, gypsum, granulated slag, slag powder, coal dust, bentonite clay, barite, marble, talcum, and refractory materials.

Advantage- Equipped with a V-type roller, the high pressure ultrafine grinding mill can change the centrifugal force into a grinding force. The grinding roller and the grinding ring have the max contact area because the roller is capable of parallel transmission around the vertical axis and it is able to increase output about 30%.
- With adding an energy storage device, the high pressure ultrafine grinding mill increases the rigidity of device and decreases the amplitude of device effectively with high running effect in premise.
- Roller always uses the pendulum structure in the vertical axis so that it can operate safely for long periods of time.
