Our 2 color flexographic printing machine introduces a flexible plate made of light sensitive resin as its printing plate. It is quite suitable for printing various packing materials including polyethylene, polypropylene bag, cellophane and roll paper, etc. It is a kind of ideal printing equipment for producing paper packing bag for food, supermarket handbag, vest bag and clothes bag, etc.
This printing device does well in easy operation, flexible starting and accurate color register. It has fairly rational design to ensure good job. E.g. its 360°continuous and adjustable longitudinal register device make printing more convenient and its anilox roller can do even ink spreading and printing. The meter counter of this color flexographic printer can preset printing quantity according to the requirements from user and auto stop when the preset value has been reached or material is in shortage. Using pneumatic device to lift or lower printing cylinder and reliable drying system coordinated with high-speed rotation, the machine can stir the printing ink and break circuit automatically. In addition the variable frequency speeder and Jogging/Stopping buttons on the plate roller base and material rolling rack of the facility make the operation flexible simple and stable.
