Description
Ultrasonic spot welding is a newly developed joining technique using generator to produce high-voltage high frequency signals of 28KH, which are then converted into high frequency ultrasonic vibrations that are transmitted to the joint interface of two or multiple plastic parts. These vibrations cause the contact points of workpieces to melt, creating a solid joint between the two parts.
Applications
Handheld ultrasonic spot welder is suitable for spot welding, riveting and embossing of plastic parts and hardware, it also can be used for welding of face mask ear band.
