Rice polishers are designed to clean the rice surface to improve both appearance and quality. It polishes rice by gently rubbing rice kernels against easy other, so that the milled rice surface is then smooth and clean with residual bran removed.

Working Principle

The rice enters into the polishing chamber through the hopper. The heated water is sprayed through the sprayer to moisten and soften the rice surface and condense the bran powder. With the motion of the polishing roll, the rice rubs against each other and the polishing roll, thus improving the rice appearance and quality. The dedusting connection to the air suction device ensures bran and powders are efficiently removed.
