Introduction

White rice is obtained by removing the husks on brown rice. However, the resulting rice may still contain a small amount of bran powder, which will affect the rice appearance, quality and storage, resulting in a bad taste. By polishing and whitening the rice surface with the use of a rice polisher, both the appearance and taste are improved.

This particular rice mill is a double roller polisher with two parallel and independent polishing chambers. The output is large, more than the total output of two equally powered single roll polishers. The rice polisher is equipped with two motors, ensuring a full power performance to save energy.

Features

The SLJ-G rice polisher features an innovative design that utilizes a spherical polishing roller in order to reduce the broken rate.
The rice polisher is equipped with an automatic spraying and constant temperature heating device. Heated water is injected through the sprayer and will stick to the rice surface, thus promoting the formation of a smooth colloid surface, and extends the shelf life.
The two polishing chambers are installed horizontally and parallel to each other, with the output exceeding that of two individual single roller polishers of the same variety.
