Introduction
White rice is obtained by removing the husks on brown rice. However, the resulting rice may still contain a small amount of bran powder, which will affect the rice appearance, quality and storage, resulting in a bad taste. By polishing and whitening the rice surface with the use of a rice polisher, both the appearance and taste are improved.
The SYX-CMS rice polisher is a single roll polishing machine with a large output of between 4.5 to 6.5 tons/hour. It features a strong adaptability, easy operation, stable performance and strong durability, making it applicable for both rice milling and rice processing.

Features
- The polishing roll of this machine is made of stainless steel, ensuring the surface is smooth and wear resistant. The polished rice then features a low breakage rate, as well as a bright, white surface to make it more appealing.
- The rice mill is equipped with an automatic spraying and constant temperature heating device. Heated water is injected through the sprayer and will stick to the rice surface, thus promoting the formation of a smooth colloid surface, and extends the shelf life.
- Equipped with an intelligent ammeter, negative pressure meter and air valve adjusting device, the whole polishing process is carried out in a low voltage state, ensuring an outstanding polishing effect, as well as ensuring simple, reliable adjustments.
