Corrugated Paper Preheater
Corrugated Paper Preheater
Effective width:
Wrap angle (between the paper material and the pre-heating roll): electrically adjusted in 360 degrees range
The RG range of corrugated paper preheater is designed for pre-heating of the linerboard and the medium paper, so as to achieve desired moisture content for those paper materials. It is typically used in combination with a single facer, and functions before a glue machine in a three-, five-, or seven-ply corrugated fiberboard production line.
1. The preheating machine is mainly composed of the pre-heating rolls, fixed and floated web guide rolls, steaming system, and electrical control system. The floated web guide rolls are driven by motors to rotate surrounding the pre-heating rolls, thus adjusting the heating area for paper materials.
2. The pre-heating roll diameter is available in options such as
3. The corrugated paper preheater innovatively uses metal hoses instead of conventional syphon pipes, which assures thorough water drainage and effectively increases the drum temperature and production speed.
4. The water supply system has a novel, stainless steel straight-through type dewatering system without bypasses. It requires no check valves or globe valves, which simplifies the installation. The simple structure makes the system life long maintenance free.
5. Designed with disk shaped or flat type end cover, the pre-heating roll makes sure paper materials are heated uniformly.
6. In addition to independent working, multiple preheaters can be combined together for synchronous heating of corrugated paper.
