We own and operate 19 CNC machines, with the largest XYZ axis stroke at 1500 x 800 x 600mm. Our largest Haitian CNC Machining Center features an XYZ axis stroke of 2100 x 1300 x 660mm, with 0.01mm precision. We are equipped with a number of CNC machines, including an optical profile grinder from Japan, an Agie Wire EDM machine from Switzerland, and a jig grinder from America, significantly improving product development efficiency, reducing the production cycle time, and ensuring the finished product precision.

Kunshan Dersun owns and operates a full set of CNC machines equipped with specialized computer programs and operated by special staff. We will program software based on your needs, then carry out a complete tool production and machining of complicated finished products. CNC machines help ensure the final quality and precision of all parts. Thanks to our skilled employees and advanced techniques, we ensure all die parts are within the strictest tolerance range.
We order materials based on drawings customers provide, with the most common materials being tungsten steel (hard alloy), high-speed steel and carbon steel.
