Multimatrix 60C
Multimatrix 60C hot foil stamping and die cutting machines are compact post-press units for small-format paperboard products that need cutting, foil stamping, or embossing. They are suitable for presentation folders, shaped promotional pieces, folding cartons, labels, and other printed sheets that require custom-cut or decorative details. These compact die cutting machines work with a 450 × 600 mm sheet format and can process up to 5500 sheets/hour. They are suitable for short and medium runs with frequent sheet size changes, especially when the work does not require a larger-format die cutting or foil stamping machine.

Main Configuration
Feeding Unit
- The servo-driven feeder controls sheet feeding at the start of the process.
- Automatic pile lifting keeps the sheet stack at a steady height during feeding.
- Stream feeding moves sheets forward in a continuous, slightly overlapping flow for smoother feeding.
- The feeder head can be adjusted vertically and horizontally according to sheet size and material.
- Three anti-collision devices help protect the feeding area during operation.
- Side blowing and side baffles guide sheets before they enter the vacuum feeding table.
- The paper feeding frame can be lifted manually for setup and adjustment.
- Ultrasonic double-sheet detection checks whether two sheets are feeding together.
- Imported feeding belts support stable sheet transfer through the feeding section.
- MasterSet improves sheet alignment before die cutting, foil stamping, or embossing.
Die Cutting Unit
- Servo control links the main drive and gripper bar, keeping sheet transfer better timed during die cutting and foil stamping.
- Working pressure is adjusted automatically by servo motor to match the material and finishing process.
- The adjustable cutting plate is fitted with a 2 2 mm steel plate for stable die-cutting setup.
- MC control works with the electronic cam to coordinate die-cutting timing in each cycle.
- The die-cutting chase can be turned over, giving operators easier access when tools need to be changed or checked.
- Bidirectional pneumatic locking secures the die-cutting chase during operation and simplifies locking during setup.
- The adjustable cutting plate also uses pneumatic locking, so plate handling is easier during changeover.
- Quick-change honeycomb plate design shortens the switch between foil stamping and die cutting.
- The quick-lock die-cutting chase reduces the time needed for tool replacement.
Foil Stamping Unit
- Equipped with two foil shafts and a servo-controlled winding and unwinding system to keep foil movement smooth and consistent.
- The blowing separation device ensures sheets separate properly after foil application.
- A foil detection system monitors foil feeding to prevent misfeeds or errors.
- The foil collection damper can be adjusted with a motor for precise handling of used foil.
- Pneumatic lifting on the foil pressing rubber roller simplifies setup and makes foil replacement easier.
Delivery Unit
- The bidirectional pneumatic sheet aligning device keeps finished sheets better arranged at the delivery end.
- The delivery stack lowers automatically as sheets are collected, keeping the stacking height easier to manage.
- An optional counting sheet inserter can place separator sheets between batches, so finished stacks are easier to count and handle.

Quick Change Honeycomb Plate
- Heating tubes are inserted directly into the honeycomb plate, reducing heating time to about 15–20 minutes and lowering energy loss.
- A thermal insulation layer above the heating tubes helps keep the upper platform at normal temperature, even after long foil stamping runs.
- Operators can switch from foil stamping to die cutting without waiting for the section to cool down, and the position variation under normal-temperature die-cutting pressure remains within ±0.03 mm.
- Four temperature zones can be adjusted from 40°C to 180°C.
Remote Monitoring System
- The remote monitoring connection uses web-based SSL/TLS security protocols to protect user data during online maintenance.
- Technicians can check machine status remotely and remind customers when inspection or maintenance is needed.
