Promatrix 145CSB die cutting machines are designed for large-format packaging work that requires accurate cutting, stripping, and finished blank separation in one process. Developed in line with Heidelberg standards, Promatrix 145CSB uses MasterSet optical register to check sheet position before die cutting and reduce setup time. The 145 format provides more working area for larger packaging sheets and multi-blank layouts, while the working speed of up to 7500 sheets/hour supports stable production for large-format paperboard and packaging sheets.

Main Configuration
Non-stop Feeder
- Automatic non-stop feeding can be added when continuous sheet supply is required.
- Optional feeder logistics can support pallet handling and reduce manual feeding work.
- Motorized suction head adjustment helps operators set the feeder faster for different sheet sizes.
- Lateral guides can be adjusted by motor to keep the sheet pile aligned before feeding.
- Mechanical double-sheet control checks the feeding process and helps prevent two sheets from entering at the same time.
Feeder Table
- MasterSet optical sheet alignment checks sheet position before the sheet enters the die-cutting station.
- Rollers and brushes are adjusted from one central point, so feeder table setup is easier and more consistent.
- Ultrasonic double-sheet control adds another check before the sheet moves into the next section.
MasterSet (Optional)
- MasterSet uses high-speed image sensors to read color marks, printed patterns, or sheet edges during feeding.
- Sheet position is corrected digitally before die cutting, which helps improve registration accuracy for printed packaging sheets.
- Servo registration adjusts sheet position with a wider correction range, reducing feeding downtime when sheets are slightly misaligned.
Die-cutting Unit
- The registration system keeps each sheet correctly positioned before cutting.
- Die-cutting pressure can be adjusted by motor according to the material and cutting requirements.
- The chase and cutting plate lock and unlock pneumatically, so tool setup and plate changes take less time.
- The cutting plate can be adjusted in small steps for more accurate cutting position setup.
- An air cushion helps operators move the cutting plate more easily during setup.
- The quick-lock chase shortens tool changeover between jobs.
- An optional chase changer can be added when faster tool preparation is needed.
Stripping Station
- Integrated quick-lock systems are used for the stripping tools, reducing setup time during job changes.
- The stripping tool position can be adjusted more precisely, with position indicators used as a setup reference.
- Test sheets can be removed during production to check the cutting and stripping result.
- The vacuum device keeps sheets stable as waste is removed.
- The stripping window opens and closes pneumatically, so operators easier access during setup and adjustment.
- An optional preparation table can be used to prepare tools for the next job.
Blanking Unit
- The top blanking tool uses an integrated quick-lock system for faster tool changes.
- Automatic non-stop operation and pallet change keep blank collection moving with fewer interruptions.
- The separator sheet inserter places sheets between finished stacks, so each batch is easier to count and handle.
- The vacuum device keeps blanks stable during separation and delivery.
- The blanking window opens and closes pneumatically for easier access during setup.
- An optional second touchscreen gives operators direct access to blanking settings at the delivery end.
Sample Sheet Removal
- Sample sheets can be removed during production without stopping the die cutter.
- After each sample is cut and stripped, it is sent out for inspection so operators can check quality while production continues.
