Sainty is the professional aluminum extrusion manufacturer. We are capable in developing the extrusion die based on your drawings to produce aluminum profile consists of various dimensions and sections. The aluminum profile has a maximum thickness of 30 mm and maximum outer diameter up to 650 mm to meet the application needs of various industries.
Our aluminum profile workshop covers an area of 180,000 square meters which equipped with the leading aluminum machining production line and various quality control equipment. We have 18 aluminum extrusion lines and extruder with tonnages ranges from 600tons to 6400tons to meet the different market requirements. With the help of automatic tractor, the profile is more evenly pressured during the extrusion process and thus achieving better physical properties.
To achieve the perfect state of the hardness of the profile, the age hardening process will be conducted where the extruded profiles will be inserted into the aging furnace for 4~5 hours so that it achieves the maximum hardness of 16HR.
