The horizontal glass-lined storage tank is available in capacities from W1000L to W40000L and is manufactured in accordance with ASME and PED pressure vessel standards. It is widely used in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, agrochemical, food, and dye industries, providing an efficient and stable storage solution for different production scales.

Supported by saddle supports, the horizontal glass-lined storage tank features a low center of gravity and a stable structure. This design provides good installation stability and is especially suitable for sites with limited building height.

Features

Reliable glass lining performance
The glass lining thickness is controlled within 0.8-2.0 mm and can withstand a 20 kV high-voltage spark test without breakdown.
Suitable for corrosive and sanitary media
The tank can be used to store strongly corrosive media, including acids, alkalis, and organic solvents of various concentrations, as well as sanitary-grade materials.
Flexible optional configurations
Based on the standard structure, the tank can also be equipped with a jacket or half-pipe heating and insulation structure, as well as optional components such as a level gauge, bottom outlet valve, and lifting lugs.
