Duopress 106FCSB combines hot foil stamping, embossing, die cutting, stripping, and blanking in one production process. Several post-press steps can be completed in one pass, reducing extra handling between stations and keeping production more efficient. These hot foil stamping and die cutting machines are suitable for folding cartons, labels, premium packaging, and other paperboard packaging that needs decorative finishing together with accurate die cutting.

Features
Non-stop Feeder
- Paper, cardboard, and corrugated board are picked up by the suction head and fed into the line steadily.
- Quick positioning makes the suction head easier to set when changing from one job to another.
- The pile platform has motorized side alignment to keep the sheet stack in the right feeding position.
- Equipped with mechanical double-sheet control to check the feeding process and helps avoid two sheets entering at once.
Feed Table
- MasterSet optical sheet alignment can be added when more accurate sheet positioning is needed before stamping or die cutting.
- The rollers and brushes equipped on the feed table can be adjusted from one central point, so operators do not need to set each part separately.
- The suction belt table keeps sheets flat and controlled as they move through the feed table.
- Ultrasonic double-sheet control adds another check before the sheet enters the next section.
Hot Foil Stamping
- Foil can be guided in both longitudinal and transverse directions to match different stamping layouts.
- The brush system collects waste foil after stamping and keeps the foil area cleaner during operation.
- Foil feed length can be set according to the stamping layout, helping reduce unnecessary foil use.
- The stamping section has 20 heating zones, so operators can adjust the temperature based on the foil, paperboard, and design requirements.
Stripping Station
- Integrated quick-lock systems are used for the stripping tools, which makes tool changeover faster between jobs.
- The stripping tool position can be adjusted more precisely, with position indicators used as a setup reference.
- Test sheets can be removed during production to check the cutting and stripping result.
- An optional preparation table can be used for tool setup before the next job.
- The stripping station can also be changed over for hot-foil handling when the job requires it.
Blanking Station
- The top blanking tool has an integrated quick-lock system for faster tool changes between jobs.
- Automatic non-stop operation and pallet change help keep production running while finished blanks are collected.
- Tie sheet inserters separate finished stacks, which makes counting and handling easier after blanking.
- The vacuum device keeps the blanks more stable as they move through the blanking station.
- A second touchscreen gives operators easier access to blanking settings and production status.
- Sample sheets can be removed during production to check quality without stopping the line.
