Here at Jiatong, we have significant experience in high precision metal cutting. We perform melt cutting to create products of various shapes and sizes. During the melt cutting process, we use a sophisticated measuring instrument to ensure the workpiece meets the requirements of the customers.
We have two CO2 laser cutting machines from Mitsubishi, Japan. And the cutting accuracy is controlled within ±0.05mm. Therefore, it is achievable to meet the accuracy requirements even for high-precision equipment such as banking ATMs. We use the laser cutting machines to cut the workpiece so that the cross section is perfect. The equipment is especially suitable for the cutting of thick plate cross sections.
