Manual busduct inspection machines are mainly used for hi-pot and insulation testing on short busducts, irregular elbows, starting sections, and other special-shaped busducts. They are suitable for busducts with special shapes that are not as easily handled on fully automatic inspection equipment.
Each inspection machine includes two main parts: one part is used for manual positioning with tooling, while the other is the main testing instrument. After the busduct is placed in position, the testing instrument carries out the hi-pot and insulation tests automatically and generates the corresponding inspection report.
