WXIT’s workshop is divided into several areas, used for raw material warehousing, raw material detection, numerical control processing, assembly, finished product detection and finished product warehousing. The quality of each step, from raw materials, parts processing, equipment assembly to finished product inspection, is fully guaranteed.

Gantry type CNC machining centers ensure the machining accuracy of large tube sheets. The maximum diameter of the tube sheet machined is DN1200.
Our design team and production team both include skilled staff with extensive experience in working with advanced industrial anticorrosive equipment. During the design and production process for each project, our technicians maintain real time information sharing with the production team to ensure that each device is in strict accordance with the design plan. Our staff uses ASPEN software, backed by years of experience, to make equipment smaller, more cost effective and better.
The Hydraulic pressure and vapor pressure test ensure that every piece of equipment satisfies customer technological requirements before leaving the factory.
