Capability
Huawang offers a broad range of high quality wires and raw materials including bare wire, busbar, stranded wire, tinned wire, silver plated wire, enameled wire, copper clad aluminum, copper clad steed, etc. We have a large inventory of wires of various specifications for quick delivery. Besides, we can also respond quickly with products tailored to your specific needs. We pride ourselves in our stable output of 3000ton per month to meet your diverse bimetallic wire requests. Our goal is to help you saving more cost and yielding a higher profit.
We have multiple types of high precision processing equipment consisting of complete production process for bimetallic wire, ensuring high production efficiency and stable operation. Production processes are shown as below:
- Electroplating improves properties including wear resistance, electrical conductivity, reflectivity, corrosion resistance, as well as providing a good appearance.
- A variety of forming rollers are used to bond the materials on the surface of substrate.
- Increasing the hardness of metal.
- The enamel machine is applied to coat a thin layer of insulation varnish on the surface of copper or aluminum.
- The wire drawing machine pulls wire through various dies to reduce wire diameter, so as to get required wire diameter.
We utilize complete range of testing and inspection equipment for strict quality control in accordance with ISO900 standards.
- STP (Slit-Twist-Peel) tester: used to test the adhesion of insulation.
- Constant-temperature drying oven: to determine the solids content of coating
- Solderability tester:to test the solderability of enameled wire
- Unilateral scrape abrasion tester: to determine the scrape abrasion resistance of enameled wire
- Solvent rub resistance tester: placing the wire into specified solvent for one hour, then rubbing the surface of baked coating layer to determine the cure of coating.
- Windability tester: looping enameled wire around a prescribed mandrel to determine that the insulation is correctly cured with good toughness and adhesion.
- Salt water bath pinhole tester: placing wire into the salt water-phenolphthalein solution, if the pinholes exceed the specified amount, thus indicates that the wire is unqualified.
- Snap elongation tester: suddenly stretched to the breaking point for determining the adhesion of the enameled wire insulation.
- Cut-through tester: to determine the enameled wire insulation capacity to resist thermoplastic flow (softening) under the influence of temperature and load pressure.
Other testing equipment including wire resistance tester, springback tester, enameled wire elongation tester, voltage endurance tester, high voltage continuity tester and tensile tester and so on.
