When processing aluminum, we pay attention to the edge of the cutting tool to avoid the manufacturing materials from sticking to it. Otherwise, the performance of the cutting tools will be affected. The cutting tools turn blunt with the accumulation of aluminum sticks on it which reduce its cutting ability.

One has to acquire professional knowledge of th emanufacturing process to conduct the processing works with copper as it is a type of metal that is difficult to process. Copper alloy is often used instead of pure copper for custom-made work which is more complicated.

It is difficult to process pure copper on 5-axis machines due to the high ductility and high cold workability of copper. Thus, we often carry out small batch production on parts with copper.

Part of the surface might be scratched during CNC machining. Nevertheless, the scratched region will recover with the presence of oxygen because chromium forms an invisible layer on the iron through the passivation process to protect it against air and water corrosion. This allows high quality stainless steel to avoid from getting rusted even when being scratched during processing works.

POM material features a regular and crystallized molecular structure which makes it exhibits excellent physical and mechanical properties, commonly known as metal plastics. The material has high strength and light weight and can be widely used in gears, bearings, auto parts, machine tools, internal parts of instrument, toys and other products that act as a framework.

We are able to process ABS plastic which organically combines the characteristics of PB, PAN and PS. It has good mechanical properties of toughness, hardness and rigidity. Furthermore, it can be widely used in various manufacturing and chemicals industries such as machinery, electrical, textile, automobile, aircraft, shipbuilding and so on.
