Plant Revamping
Many of our clients already have chemical plant facilities in place, such as formaldehyde production lines, paraformaldehyde manufacturing plants, methylal manufacturing plants, hexamine processing equipment, etc. However, some of this equipment can be older and acts as a burden to the owner because of their low level of automation and suboptimal engineering, leading to greater raw material consumption and overall poor economic performance.
Helipont is willing to share the technology with our clients to help them achieve higher profit margins using our technological superiority in the processes of formaldehyde, paraformaldehyde, methylal, hexamine, acetaldehyde, UF/MF/MUF resin glue plants, and molding powder plants.
We will dispatch our technical team to the factories of our clients and begin developing reasonable revamping solutions. The solutions may be related to the following aspects:
- Replace the core equipment
- Redesign single process
- Redesign the automatic control system
Once both parties sign the contract, we will dispatch the technical team to the factories of the clients, conduct guidance on installation, commissioning, assessment and so on to meet their needs.
