2. Plasterboard is light, fireproof, heat-insulating and sound-proof, suitable for dry construction. A complete plasterboard processing procedure includes: metering and dosing, cardboard preparation and forming, drying, scoring and cutting, and stacking. The production power of plasterboard plant is 2 million m2/year- 50 million m2/year.
2. Paperless drywall is a new-type architectural material, featuring better general performance, with no paper mildewed issue. Our paperless drywall plant consists of mixing and dosing unit, gypsum board sheathing unit, cutting and conveying unit, drying system, etc. Production power: 2 million m2 / year-40 million m2 / year.

Molded plaster wall panel features good-looking appearance, with functions including decomposition, purification, fireproof, heat insulation, sound absorption, noise reduction, etc. The plant consists of preparation and dosing unit, mold forming unit, mold removal section, finishing, coating, trimming and packaging section, and automation and controls platform. Production power 2 million m2/year-40 million m2/year.
2. Gypsum Block Plant consists of Crushing and Screening Units, Grinding and Separation Units, Calcining and Drying Units, Packaging Units, and Electrical Control System. The most important calcining device is developed by ourselves, to ensure final quality. Production power: 30,000 t/year-450,000 t/year.
2. Chemical gypsum usually contains 10% of free water, therefore our synthetic gypsum plant applies twice-drying method for synthetic gypsum processing, the product features better quality. Production power: 30,000 t/year-450,000 t/year.
2. To acquire better quality and efficient, we’ve developed a semidry gypsum bock production line, with what gypsum blocks can be delivered to construction sites only 1 day after getting formed.
