Tailored Concentric Reducers and Elbows for the Methanol Production Line project of a Famous Energy Chemical Enterprise
We have been supplying tailored fittings for the methanol production line projects of a well-known domestic energy chemical enterprise since early 2019. The supplied fittings range from DN50 to DN2000 respectively. They include elbows, tees, reducers, stub ends, among other styles. The main materials applied in their construction include SS304, SS304L, and SS321. In the photos you will see tailored 2700mm long DN1400 (56”) ×DN500 (20”) concentric reducers with dimensions of 12mmx5.6mm and made of WP304 materials. The 90 degree SR elbows are DN2000 (80”) with 16mm of A403 WP304 materials. These special fittings were produced according to customer drawings. They were installed in synthetic device, purification device, and air device of the methanol synthesis unit process pipeline.
