For superior product quality and continuous development of new products, Linlong has established a professional research and development team, which is made up of more than twenty highly skilled and experienced members. Among them, the chief engineer has been working in different welding equipment companies and the Electronic Technical Institute, acquiring dozens of patents for inventions. He is very good at developing different types of welding machines. In addition, the key technical personnel have all been working in the welding machine industry for over 10 years and they all have great capabilities when it comes to welding machine development.
Meanwhile, we have also established a laboratory of 600 square meters for welding machine development and testing. The laboratory is equipped with comprehensive advanced testing equipment, including intelligent power supply test systems, high-low temperature test chambers, constant temperature test chambers, Fluke thermal imagers, inverter simulation transport vibration testing machines, etc.
Based on international IEC 60974-1:2012 standards, our intelligent power supply test system is applied to test electric parameters, static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of our welding machines and run destructive test on them, such as running the machine in case of fan locked rotor, short circuit or overload to ensure the safety and reliability of our welding machines.
High-low temperature test chamber is utilized to test to ensure our welding machine is able to work smoothly for 48 hours under circumstance with low temperature of -10℃, high temperature of 40℃ and humidity of 93 percent. Furthermore, our welding machines will also be tested to ensure smooth operation for 48 hours without being damaged at temperature of -20℃ and 55℃.
Constant temperature and humidity test chamber, along with the intelligent power supply test system is able to simulate an environment with temperature of 40℃ and test if our welding machine can work smoothly in such environment based on IEC 60974-1:2012 standard.
