A waste incinerator is used to treat municipal solid waste through controlled combustion. The system consists of a pre-treatment system, incineration system, flue gas treatment system, and gasification unit, integrating feeding, screening, drying, combustion, ash removal, dust collection, and automated control into one process. Waste is burned in the furnace and then enters a secondary combustion chamber for more complete combustion. The flue gas passes through a water-cooled dust settling tower, spray tower, mist separator, bag filter, and activated carbon adsorption unit for cooling and dust removal before being discharged through the chimney. The waste recycling system features a compact footprint and does not cause surface or groundwater pollution during operation. It is widely used in municipal waste treatment plants, urban sanitation facilities, and industrial park waste processing stations.
