Waste conveyors move loose materials and finished items between different stages of a sorting or handling line. In waste treatment projects, they are used to transfer landfill stale material, renovation waste, municipal solid waste, construction waste, coal, crushed stone, sand, cement, and other bulk materials from one process to the next. The conveyor belt moves through the drive pulley, with idlers, pulleys, the tensioning device, and the frame keeping it supported and aligned along a horizontal or inclined route. Waste conveyors can be configured to match the site layout and material conveying needs, with fixed, mobile, height-adjustable, high-inclination, sidewall, and fully enclosed designs available for different process routes. Several belt conveyors can also be connected when the waste sorting line requires longer transfer distances or a more complex route between processing stages.
