Water Dispersible Granules Production
Jiangsu Xiandao can carry out engineering design of the water dispersible granule production plant according to the practical requirements of users. Now, there are optional single production lines of which the yield can be divided into 100kg/h, 200kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 800kg/h etc.
Technological process 1: ingredients weighing → mixing (ZGH vertical high speed mixer) → granulation (ZL rotary granulator) → drying (XF dryer with fluid bed) → sifting (ZS, FS vibration sifter) → material feeding (ZKS vacuum material feeder) → packaging
Technological process 2: ingredients weighing → XLB fluid bed tablet coater → sifting (ZS vibration sifter) → material feeding (ZKS vacuum material feeder) → packaging

ZKS vacuum material feeder is also called as vacuum conveyor. This is a dust free enclosed pipe conveyor which can be used to transport granule and dust material by vacuum suction. There will be gas flow formed in the pipes by taking use of differential pressure between vacuum and environment. So the powder material can be driven, and the transportation of the powder can be accomplished.

The drying system of the water dispersible granule production plant adopts sectional heating method: the pre-drying section adopts high pressure-low air quantity fan so that the relatively wet WDG will be totally fluidized; the drying section adopts low pressure-high air quantity fan so that it can take more water away in unit time; the cooling section adopts high air quantity fan which can take away the heat rapidly to reduce the temperature of the product, so the subsequent packaging can be convenient because the water content control requirements have been met.
