Rigid frame structure is featured with excellent resistance to rolling, falling and collision; the rear door is opened backwards, allowing the operator to escape the cab quickly in case of accidents; the front windshield is forward-tilted to provide a better view and effectively prevent falling objects from smashing the glass and causing damage to the operator.
The specially designed double steering gear system has high steering accuracy, good ride performance and high reliability.
Non-road mining engine is professionally adjusted to adapt to off-road conditions, with strong power, low fuel consumption and high reliability.
The mining transmission, with single box and dual intermediate shaft, jointly developed by Tonly and FAST, is equipped with a forced lubrication device, presenting strong torque transmission capacity and high reliability. The optional integrated hydraulic retarder can reduce the consumption of brake shoes and improve the safety of the vehicle.
The bolted chassis frame for wide body vehicle is made of high-strength steel plate by multiple times of rolling, featuring high bearing capacity, strong impact resistance and long service life.
The integrally framed dump body is made of high-strength and wear-resistant steel plates, with strong resistance to impact and deformation, good wear resistance and long service life.
OTR tire is specifically used for different working conditions, with good adaptability, flexibility, and long service life.
The mining-purpose hydraulic oil cylinder is high in lifting capacity, efficiency, safety and reliability.
The sliding-type front suspension with twin shock absorber demonstrates higher bearing capacity, good buffer performance, and high reliability. The leaf spring balance rear suspension is equipped with dual V-shaped track bar guiding mechanism, delivering high bearing capacity and excellent stability.
