Features
  • The mounting plate is made of 2.5 mm galvanized steel, featuring 20 mm U-shaped folded edges on both sides to enhance rigidity and ease of handling.
  • The mounting plate is fitted with plastic sliders, allowing front insertion along the guide rails for quick installation. The back panel uses a screw-fixed structure for convenient mounting and removal, and can be designed with front and rear door access if required.
  • The inner side of the door includes a galvanized square-tube reinforcement to increase strength and support mounting strips for electrical components.
  • The door adopts a polyurethane foamed sealing gasket combined with a waterproof edge design, effectively preventing moisture and dust from entering the cabinet to maintain rated protection levels.
  • The cabinet door uses load-bearing hinges and a three-point latch system (top, middle, bottom) with interchangeable left or right opening options, offering a 130° opening angle.
  • The bottom of the cabinet includes three interchangeable cable entry plates, allowing easy relocation and cable routing. A standard modular hole pattern simplifies the installation of accessories and internal components.
  • The interior is equipped with a lighting lamp, document pocket, fan, and filter, ensuring organized document storage and effective cabinet ventilation.
  • The cabinet includes mounting beams (uprights) and door installation strips for flexible component mounting. Optional configurations include dual mounting plates and fixed or movable bases, offering greater installation flexibility.
