The PS Nine-Bend Profile Cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, precisely roll-formed through nine folds into shape. The cabinet adopts a fully welded main frame structure, which provides high strength and excellent rigidity, ensuring overall stability and durability. It can support a load of 200–500 kg, making it suitable for medium-sized servers or equipment-dense environments that require strong structural performance and reliable load-bearing capacity.

Features
  • Cable Management The bottom cable entry area includes three interchangeable cover plates that can be repositioned freely. This design simplifies cable routing and entry, keeping internal wiring neat and organized.
  • Color Options The standard cabinet colors are RAL7032 and RAL7035. Other colors can be customized according to customer requirements.
  • Modular Structure The uprights and crossbeams are connected by snap-fit or bolted joints, supporting modular installation. The internal mounting beam design is flexible, allowing adjustments to suit different equipment layouts and installation needs.
  • Door Design The bottom edge of the door is raised about 25 mm from the ground. Circular holes are positioned at 25 mm intervals, enhancing door rigidity and allowing the installation of wire bundles or electrical components. The square-tube reinforcement bar on the door is screw-fixed for easy removal.
  • Removable Panels The side, top, and bottom panels are secured with screw fasteners, facilitating easy disassembly, installation, and on-site debugging of internal equipment.
  • Protection Rating The cabinet offers a protection level of up to IP55 or higher, effectively preventing dust and water ingress and ensuring stable operation of internal devices under harsh environmental conditions.

The PS-type cabinet is a nine-fold enclosure with a frame structure. It features removable side panels, supports cabinet coupling, and offers higher load capacity, though it is slightly more expensive.
The ES-type cabinet, also known as the five-fold cabinet, is integrally formed with non-removable side panels. It cannot be coupled and is generally more cost-effective.

Because the PS-type cabinet has removable side panels, its sealing performance is slightly lower than that of the ES-type cabinet, making it less suitable for applications requiring high sealing levels.

The bottom-support installation method is recommended. Compared to traditional mounting approaches, it saves labor time and improves installation efficiency.
