CBTS Series

The CBTS Series adopts a 16-fold forming process for the cabinet frame. This unique folding design significantly increases the overall strength and rigidity of the structure, providing superior resistance to external impacts and deformation compared to standard cabinets.

Typical standard sizes vary in height from 600 mm to 2200 mm (e.g., 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1600 mm), with widths of 600 mm, 800 mm, or 1000 mm, and depths of 400 mm, 600 mm, or 800 mm.

Non-standard dimensions can be customized according to specific customer requirements.

General specifications
  • Material Constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of 1.5–2.0 mm. The surface undergoes acid pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating, with a coating thickness of 60–80 μm, ensuring excellent resistance to rust and corrosion.
  • Protection Level The standard protection rating of the 16-fold cabinet reaches IP54, offering effective protection against dust and splashing water.
  • Structural Design 3.Equipped with a multi-point locking system to ensure tight closure and security. The door opens up to approximately 130°, facilitating convenient access for installation and maintenance.
The cabinet interior is preconfigured with multiple mounting plates and guide rails, enabling flexible installation of various electrical components and supporting diverse wiring and layout requirements.

Yes. The cabinet can be customized in height, width, and depth according to specific installation requirements.

The enclosure is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel. After acid pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating, it achieves strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in various industrial environments.
