Intake Pre-Cleaning Separator, SLJ-TQLM2 Grain and Seed Cleaning Machine
The SLJ-TQLM2 intake pre-cleaning separator used in the grain and seed cleaning machine is designed for removing impurities from granular materials and is usually used to remove straws from rice, wheat and bean. The pre-cleaner mainly consists of a frame, drive device, screen compartment and tie rod.
The agriculture processing machine can remove impurities relying on the combination of the air aspirator and the screen system. Besides, the two-layer sieves makes sure the pre-cleaning achieves a better cleaning effect.

1. Good grading effect
Grain and impurities can move left, right, forward, backward or in a circle on the screen device. And the moving makes grain distributed evenly. What's more, the circular motion in the middle of the screen area and the forward and backward moving of the grain outlet are beneficial for separation.
2. Coarse impurities removing
The forward and backward moving of the sieve frame in the grain outlet is beneficial for discharging large impurities.
3. Less dust and more environment-friendly
The front and end of the closed sieve frame are equipped with dust collection devices, which makes sure dust is minimal and the seed pre-cleaning equipment is more environment-friendly.
4. Stable operation and long machine life span
The screen of the intake pre-cleaning separator is hung from four corners of the screen box with steel slings, which can reduce the damage of sieve because it won't impact other parts when moving and makes the grain distributed more evenly.
