Introduction
When reaping crops, grains may be contaminated by small stones and clods. The SYX-TQSX2 double layer intake gravity separator can eliminate small stones and clods through the cooperation of wind, sieves and vibration motor. Firstly, some light impurities are blowed away by wind. Then sieves can separate grains from impurities larger or smaller than grains. Besides, the vibration motor can hasten the vibration and make the efficiency higher. The gravity separator usually is used to remove stones from granular materials in rice mills or feed mills.
SYX-TQSX2 grain cleaning machine which has two layer sieves and is driven by vibration motor, has stable operation, less stones contained in grains and better effect.
