Our narrow web in line flexo printing machine can be used with gravure, silk screen, offset, inkjet, digital printing module and cold foil.
This flexo printing machine can achieve inline coating and PUR glue lamination.
This narrow web printing machine is equipped with servo motors to realize unwinding, tension control, printing, die-cutting, rewinding. In addition, changeover time will be shortened, printing quality will be improved and production efficiency will be boosted.
This in-line printing machine is able to achieve pre-register, auto-register and second pass.
Tension control is highly accurate.
The 7-color printing method is employed to achieve 90% pantone colors.

Applications

The printing plate of our N5 series flexo printing machine is made of photosensitive resin. Thus, it can print on a range of substrates, including all kinds of PS labels (paper, PET, BOPP, PVC), paper from 30gsm to light cartons up to 300gsm, mono film PET from 12um, PVC, BOPP, PE, PA from 15um, foil from 20um, laminate tube, PBL, and ABL.
