Description
The SJC02/SJC03/SJC04 necking machine for aluminum can is also called the aluminum cans necker or the shrinking machine. It is mainly used for the shrinking of the can mouth, tightening of the can shoulder and automatic curling of the aluminum aerosol can, aluminum hard can and some other similar products. It has a wide range of use. It is widely used in many forms of shrinking of the can mouth. It can be both used independently and connected with other equipment to form automatic aluminum can manufacturing plant. The aluminum cans are sent to the cup holder of the necking machine by the can conveying mechanism. After the plug ejection, necking, cutting, flanging, scrubbing, delivery and so on, a work cycle is finished. Yingrun has necking machines of different models for our clients to choose from.

Features

The whole necking machine adopts PLC control. It imports cans, transports and outputs cans automatically.
Every necking station is equipped with the detection switch to stop the machine when the output of the cans is poor and prevent the problems of breaking cans.
