The latex coating machine for sealing aluminum tubes is also called a coating machine. The WTG01 latex coating machine for sealing aluminum tube is specialized equipment installed in high speed aluminum tube machine lines. The machine can be used alone or with other aluminum tube manufacturing equipment to form a complete automatic machine line.
The aluminum tube with a cap reaches the conveyor belt with adsorption through the conveyor chain. After tube positioning, the high-speed rotating tail spraying gun extends into the tail of the aluminum tube, accurately sprays the sealing glue, and at the same time sprays tail glue onto the inner wall of the tail of the aluminum tube. After spraying the tail glue, the aluminum tube is sent to the packing conveyor belt in the packaging room.

- The machine works in double-station and can spray tail glue for two tubes at one time.
- This machine can automatically detect by proximity switch device. If there is no aluminum tube in the conveyor, the spraying gun will stop spraying to avoid contaminating the conveyer with glue.
- This equipment through the convex slot continuously turns conveying chain into the moving power of spraying gun, coupled with cylindrical cams reciprocating movement to realize the location and cycle of the spray gun.
