This precision rewinding machine features separate control per spindle and is available with a soft yarn cone or hard yarn cone depending on your needs.
The winding machine is equipped with an online tensioner to sense and adjust the yarn tension through an instant acceleration or deceleration of the overfeeding roller.
This results in a constant level of tension and produces a better quality product.
Our CO-50 precision rewinding machines are PLC controlled and any error will be displayed on the PLC screen for quick troubleshooting and greater operating efficiency.
