This dustless industrial drying oven has a most prominent characteristic of maintaining cleanliness at a high level, that means a dust particle of 0.5μm has to be controlled less than 100 per square meter. The inner chamber adopts an 8K mirror surface stainless steel plate. Thanks to this, the dust cannot be attached to the inner chamber. Then through internal hot air circulation, the dust will be filtered by the high-efficiency air filter when reaching the air duct. During the drying process, the inner chamber needs to be sealed tightly and entirely, so that no dust will be produced. And the internal pressure of the inner box should be a little higher than external pressure to prevent the dust entering the inner chamber.According to the dimensions of the oven, we can offer clients a series of dustless industrial drying ovens with different specifications.
