Product Description
The High Voltage Insulation (HVI) Power cable Accessories LSR is a two-component platinum catalyzed voltage resistant liquid silicone rubber. The two components of this product, termed A and B, are transparent and gray respectively, and the mixing ratio for A:B should be 1:1. Our HVI Power cable Accessories LSR features high extensibility, good proof tracking index, high tear resistance, excellent electric performances, etc. It supports injection molding, fast vulcanization, and can withstand high voltages. This LSR is generally applied to 66, 110, 220KV cold shrinkage termination, insulation tube, joint and breakout etc.

Storage
Keep sealed and store in a cool place below 30℃ before usage. It has a shelf life of 12 months.

Usage
When operate, part A and B can be injected directly to the heated mold from the original containers by mean of a metering and mixing unit. At the mold temperature of 90-150℃, silicone rubber cures within minutes according to the size. The pot life is 3-7days after mixing under 23℃. Clean pipe and machine when machine stoped for long time.

Packing
Our HVI Power cable Accessories LSR is packed in a 20kg or 200kg barrel.
