Product Description
The medium voltage Cold Shrinkable Power Cable Accessories LSR is a two-component platinum catalyzed liquid silicone rubber. The two components of this product, termed A and B, are transparent and grey respectively, and the mixing ratio for A:B should be 1:1. The tracking resistance of this LSR is class 1A3.5 according to IEC60587 standard. Our Cold Shrinkable Power Cable Accessories LSR features high extensibility, good anti-tracking index, high tear resistance, etc. It supports injection molding and fast vulcanization. This LSR is used to Cold shrinkage termination, insulation tube, joint and breakout, etc.

Storage
Keep sealed and store in a cool place below 30℃ before usage. It has a shelf life of 12 months.

Usage
When operate, part A and B can be injected directly to the heated mold from the original containers by mean of a metering and mixing unit. At the mold temperature of 90-150℃, silicone rubber cures within minutes according to the size. The pot life is 3-7days after mixing under 23℃. Clean pipe and machine when machine stoped for long time.

Packing
Our Cold Shrinkable Power Cable Accessories LSR is packed in a 20kg or 200kg barrel.
