DS uses solid wood materials such as rosewood, walnut, maple and pine, or lighter bamboo to make high-grade wood tea boxes. These tea boxes are environmentally friendly and natural, and can maintain the flavor of the tea very well. The surface of the tea box has a natural and soft texture which is very beautiful. We can also use MDF (medium density fiberboard) materials to make tea boxes. By attaching veneer and wood grain paper to the surface, we can also create a natural appearance while saving the costs.
Considering that tea leaves can not be contaminated with any odor, we generally do not paint inside the tea box. However, on the outer surface of the tea box, we can offer a wide range of processing options, including engraving, stamping, UV printing, hot-stamping, matte painting, high-gloss painting and so on.
