Bronze slide bearings provide good wear resistance, corrosion protection, and a naturally low friction coefficient. They are hollow cylindrical components, available with one, two, or no flanges, and are designed to extend and support rotating shafts in machinery of all sizes, from light-duty to heavy-duty and even extra-heavy-duty equipment. Made from copper-based alloys, these bearings minimize friction between moving parts and perform reliably under demanding or continuous working conditions. Their self-lubricating properties keep the bearing running smoothly, even when oil lubrication is limited, which helps reduce wear and maintenance frequency. Each bronze slide bearing is custom-made according to specific equipment requirements and intended applications, with micron-level precision that guarantees consistent quality and long service life.
Clients can choose among several bronze alloys, each selected based on performance needs and application type. Commonly used grades include C95400, C91700, and C83600, as they offer the right balance of strength, wear resistance, and stability.

Our workshop is equipped with 20 advanced five-axis machining centers from MAZAK and MAKINO, along with 35 imported turning and milling machines. The 5,000 m² temperature-controlled facility is operated by experienced CNC technicians who make sure every part is machined with accuracy and consistency.
- Quality Control and Certifications
We manage every step of production in-house, following ISO9001 and CCS quality standards to ensure consistent results. Our CNAS-accredited laboratory (CNAS L5937) and skilled inspection team handle all testing and verification, including material composition, hardness, tensile strength, and microstructure, along with non-destructive tests such as UT, PT, and VT. All procedures comply with GB, ASTM, ISO, JIS, and YS standards.
