The design of this spiral silo making machine aims at manufacturing premium quality steel spiral-fold silo. It can accomplish multiple processes including uncoiling galvanized steel coils, shaping the steel strips into a profile, and folding adjoining edges of steel strips together, therefore, ultimately forming the body of a spiral silo. Spiral silo making machine mainly consists of uncoiling unit (feeder), silo steel strip forming machine (profiling), double folding machine, load-bearing supporting unit and so on.

The steel coils are unrolled by uncoiling unit. Then the steel strips are shaped in the silo steel strip forming machine, and two adjoining edges are joined together by the double folding machine in order to form double fold joints. Following these procedures, the steel coils are ultimately formed into the body of steel silos.
The uncoiling unit smoothly unrolls the galvanized steel coils for feeding steel strips to the forming machine.
The silo steel strip forming machine forms galvanized steel strips into specific shapes using different forming rolls. The steel strips unrolled by uncoiling unit gets shaped in the forming machine, and then moves to the double folding machine for further work.
The double folding machine folds and connects the two edges of the galvanized steel strips, which have been shaped into the desired geometrical shape. Then the strips are folded together tightly, and continuously conduct revolution while growing higher in a spiral path to form the body of steel spiral silo.
