The composite hose is a flexible, high-performance solution for transferring petroleum products, chemicals, and vapors in demanding environments such as petrochemical loading arms, vapor recovery systems, and tank truck operations. Designed for safety and chemical resistance, it supports bottom loading, unloading, and various bulk transfer processes. Our composite hoses are constructed using high-performance polymer materials such as PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and FEP (Perfluoroalkoxy alkane). These materials offer outstanding chemical resistance, effectively withstanding strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents to ensure the hose remains intact and maintains product purity during chemical transfer operations.
- Chemical stability: Resistant to a wide range of aggressive fluids without degradation or contamination
- Highly flexible and bendable: Maintains a round shape even at tight bend radii, making installation easier in complex layouts
- Excellent pressure resistance: Reinforced structure ensures safe operation under high internal or external pressure conditions
Composite hoses are used for the transfer of petroleum, chemicals, and refined fuels, as well as in vapor recovery systems, bottom loading operations, and all types of loading arms in petrochemical facilities. They are widely applied in tank truck transfer systems, with externally crimped dry disconnect fittings available in sizes ranging from 1 inch to 8 inches.
