KCT-540 5-Axis high speed CNC spring coiler is capable of processing wires with a diameter of 1.6-4.5mm. It is characterized by one-minute forming, fast speed, high accuracy and low noise, which reduces adjusting time and wire cost. The standard 5 axes supplied are: feed axis, cam axis, upper cut axis, lower cut axis and pitch axis. The pitch axis is added for the pushing rod cutter, which facilities the forming of springs.
