Paper machine clothing for forming section in paper machinery

This SSB triple-layer forming fabric is designed primarily for the production of printing and writing paper in large quantity. The SSB (sheet support binding) structure design with double MD yarns and two CD yarns plain woven on the sheet side forms a very thin structure allowing good runnability in high-speed paper machines. This compact design provides a very high fiber support index, resulting in maximum planarity, smoothness and minimum wire mark.

Enhanced drainage capability is also guaranteed by the unique structure of this design. Optimum life potential can be achieved by tailor-made wear-side wefts in terms of diameters, density and amount of sheds (5-shed, 8-shed and 10-shed available).
