White Rice Separator, MMJP8 8-Layer Sieve
After milling, there are very few impurities left behind in the rice, such as broken rice, bran balls, or rice bran. The qualified rice will be sieved through a sieve hole in the white rice grader, thus allowing the machine to be used for the classification of white rice.
The MMJP8 8-layer sieve white rice separator has 8 layers, and the output can reach 10-15 tons per hour. It meets the actual needs of white rice grading in rice processing lines for large scale operations.
The sieve frame of this withe rice separator is made of stainless steel, which is strong and durable, and ensures the entire sifting stroke is clean and pollution free. The screen mesh is woven with a stainless steel wire, and sieve meshes with different densities can be arranged according to grain shapes of different rice types. Thus, this allows the sieve equipment to complete graded screening of head rice, mixed rice, small broken rice and bran balls.
