Paper machine clothing for the forming section in cardboard machinery
The SSB triple-layer forming fabric features a structure design of SSB (sheet support binding) consisting of double warp layers with two wefts. The SSB forming fabric is recommended for use in forming sections of high speed paper machines for cardboard production. The very fine surface accomplished by our specially designed plain weave structure gives abundant supporting points. In that way, you can have better retention and the smoothest possible surface on top of nearly zero wire mark.

The wear-side wefts can be selected independently regarding diameter, density and shed amount (5-shed, 8-shed and 10-shed are available), enabling wider choices of improvements in dimension stability and fabric life.
