SSB triple-layer forming fabric is engineered to satisfy the need for the fast production of packaging paper in forming section. With a structure design of SSB (sheet support binding) consisting of double warp layers with two wefts, the paper side is woven in plain weave pattern which allows the best possible ratio between fiber support and dewatering capacity. In this way, optimum retention, high levels of smoothness and drainage can be secured.
This SSB triple-layer forming fabric also gives more dimensional stability and runnability. Wear-side lifetime can be further improved with custom-made weft diameters, densities and amount of sheds (5-shed, 8-shed and 10-shed available). With good formation and strong durability, SSB triple-layer forming fabric is recommended in all high speed paper machinery, especially ideal for high quality paper production.
